We are all thinking it… Microblading, is it worth it? Review, cost and pictures below…
After doing my own research, reading reviews and watching many YouTube videos, here’s my personal experience of the new trend ‘microblading’.
I did the research, made up my mind and put myself into the hands of Suman Brows, known as the queen of brows, I thought I’d be in safe hands. I definitely made the right decision and couldn’t recommend her enough and remember, this is not an ad 😉
Suman works from a salon in Kensington, she is booked up to 2 months in advance so you better be quick if you want an appointment!
My appointment booked and the excitement kicking in already, I first popped by for my patch test, this is just to ensure that you do not have any strange allergic reaction to the treatment.
On the day of the procedure I was a little nervous but it didn’t hurt that much, the sound of the blade is way scarier than it is painful. That is mostly so because of the numbing cream 🙂
Suman drew my eyebrows on after the numbing cream set in, to then proceed making tiny incisions and filling them up with ink…
What you see in the ‘after pictures’ is not the final result, after 10 days it will have healed and be 40% lighter. When 2 months pass I’ll have second appointment to have a touch up.
I’ll keep you all posted on what happens and how it heals.
Love & light
