Onion soup for two served in a spelt loaf, topped with cheeze 🧀 And since it’s 420, I added a little something extra 🌿 @greentimesbrewing We are keeping busy, keep calm and cook on and so forth. We’re in each other’s space 24/7 and CBD helps me a lot to actually stay centred and calm. I take CBD oil now twice daily to help me see the world through pink hue glasses. To not snap at @jaybrave and be more patient with little Nza, who only wants to explore what’s in every cupboard and corner of the house. It is great that we are in good health and that’s what’s most important but we miss being social, physically being present with our loved ones, and enjoying a coffee/meal you haven’t had to cook yourself 🍜 Staying positive though ✨ Recipe to follow, thinking of putting together a little recipe ebook… 🙇🏼♀️ #veganfamilylife #veganshares #londonvegans #vegan #veganrecipe #vegansofldn #recipe #onionsoup #cbd #420
Peel the onions, chop in halves and then finely slice.
Fry in a tablespoon of oil or in a little bit of water.
Once cooked, hollow out the bread. Top with some bread crumbs.
Topped with some vegan cheese. Buy grated or a block and grate it before use.
Why not have my Date Pistachio Banana Bread for dessert…
