A little something I’ve been working on is creating healthy raw vegan bites to satisfy my appetite. I love these cranberry and cashew ones, they’re such a cute colour as well!
Equal amounts of cranberries and cashews, blitzing them in a food processor until it starts forming a ball together (about a minute). Take a bit and roll in your hands, make them as big or small as you’d like!
Store in the fridge and eat within 2 weeks, if they last that long…

- 200g Cashews
- 200g Cranberries
- Use a food processor to combine all the cashews and all the cranberries
- When it’s sticking together combine it all into small balls as small or as big as you would like
- Place is sealed off packaging and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
