These crispy chickpeas are a great snack, high in protein and pretty spicy if you want them to be 😉
Crispy Spicy Chickpea Snack

- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- Pinch pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180c
- Prepare the chickpeas by taking them out of the tin, draining the water and putting them on a baking tray
- Cover the chickpeas in spices and oil by using your hands or two spoons
- Place the tray in the oven for about 45 minutes or until preferred crispness
- Let cool until you eat then or much on them after 10 minutes of taking them out of the oven
