It’s safe to say I love bananas. They are my favourite carb.
These mocha flavoured muffins have a bit of espresso in them and are excellent for breakfast!

- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 2 shots of espresso
- sea salt
Mash together the ingredients and scoop into your muffin tin/paper cups. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. It’s as easy as that!
