Ultimate Healthy Vegan Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups hemp milk (about 300ml)
  • 2 pitted Medjool Dates
  • 2 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp per adult sea moss
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts (about 30g)
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 1 day.
